دستورالعمل‌های خروجی داده (DATA OUTPUT):
- تنظیم صفر و سیستم میلیمتر / اینچ:
مقدار صفر را تنظیم کرده و واحد اندازه‌گیری را بین میلیمتر، اینچ یا کسری اینچ تغییر دهید. - اتصال کابل:
یک سر کابل رابط را به رایانه و سر دیگر را به درگاه خروجی داده روی کولیس وصل کنید. - راه‌اندازی:
کولیس و نرم‌افزار را روشن کنید. - اندازه‌گیری و انتقال داده:
لغزنده را به موقعیت موردنظر حرکت دهید و سپس دکمه روی جعبه کنترل را برای انتقال داده فشار دهید.
عملیات کلیدها (OPERATION):
1. دکمه ON/OFF (روشن/خاموش):
- زمانی که دستگاه خاموش است، با فشار دادن دکمه ON/OFF در هر موقعیتی، کولیس روشن شده و مقدار اندازه‌گیری را نمایش می‌دهد.
- در حالت روشن، فشردن مجدد این دکمه باعث خاموش شدن دستگاه می‌شود.
2. دکمه ABS/INC (مطلق / نسبی):
- در حالت مطلق (ABS فعال نیست)، با فشردن این دکمه، کولیس وارد حالت اندازه‌گیری نسبی می‌شود.
- در حالت نسبی (علامت ABS روی نمایشگر دیده می‌شود)، با فشردن این دکمه کولیس به اندازه‌گیری مطلق بازمی‌گردد.
- این دکمه برای جابه‌جایی بین حالت‌های مطلق و نسبی استفاده می‌شود.
3. دکمه ZERO (صفر):
- در حالت نسبی: فشردن این دکمه مقدار فعلی را به عنوان صفر تنظیم می‌کند و نمایشگر عدد صفر را نشان می‌دهد.
- در حالت مطلق: فشردن این دکمه مقدار فعلی را به عنوان مقدار تنظیم‌شده اولیه در کارخانه (preset) نمایش می‌دهد.
4. دکمه mm/in (میلیمتر/اینچ):

در هر موقعیتی، این دکمه را فشار دهید تا واحد اندازه‌گیری بین میلیمتر، اینچ و کسری اینچ تغییر کند.
INSTRUCTIONS OF DUTA OUTPUT
- Preset zero and metric/inch system
- Connect the end of the interlace cable to the computer. The other to the data outout port of the caliper
- Start the caliper and software.
- Move the slider to the position you want and press the button on control box for data output.
OPERATION
- ON/OFF button
- Press ON/OFF button at any position when the power is off, the caliper will be ready to work and display the measuring value
- Press ON/OFF at any position when the power is on, the caliper will stop working
ABS/ING button
- Press ABS button in absolute mode (without ABS the caliper is ready for absolute measurement
- Press ABS button in relative mode with “ABS” displaying the caliper is ready for relative measurment and simultaneously displays ABS showing relative mode.
- Press ABS at any position for relativel/absolute measurement interchange
ZERO button
- In relative mode, press: ZERO button to set the current postite zero and the caliber soll display zero
- . In absolute mode, press ZERD button to set the current point to the presetted value and the caliper will
display this value
mm/in button
Press mm/in button at any position for Metric/Inch conversion.
SET button and intemal Measuring (Easy one touch set)
1) It s for presetting a starting point (the value has been proset to zero in the factory)
2). With each one press on this button at any position.
The current point is set to the preset value and displays on the LCD.
